Beltway Glass

Meet the Rest of The Team

Jason and Dan have earned their leadership roles due to their ability to do all the hands-on glazing whether it is residential, commercial, or auto. This makes them equipped to get all the jobs done with a high-quality guarantee while also managing the team effectively.

Jason James (Alan’s son) started working for Beltway Glass in 1995, but it did not start there. He grew up around the original shop (in College Park, MD) and worked summers there starting at 13 years old. Jason worked his way up to becoming Vice President of Operations, where he heads the Emergency Service Team, the Auto Glass Team, and oversees office operations.

Dan Rosario (Jason’s lifelong best friend) started working for Beltway Glass in 1994. Dan has done just about everything we do as a business. He started out as a helper for our Residential Team, worked his way up to becoming a technician, then he exceled as an Auto Glass Technician and Shop Technician. He is now serving as Vice President and leads our Commercial Storefront Team. His work ethic and willingness to always do what needs to be done are what make him a great part of the team.

The Front Office

Beltway Glass has been lucky enough to have Nora holding down the front office for the last 20 years. Nora started at Beltway Glass in 2000 already with many years of office and glazing experience. In Nora’s previous job, she not only ran the office, but she cut and installed glass. BreAnna (Phil’s granddaughter) assists Nora in all office related activities. BreAnna came to the company with 5 years of retail and beauty experience.

Residential Technicians

Tim has been leading the residential technician team since 1988. Yes, that’s right, 32 years! You can count on Tim to be polite and respectful in your home and make sure your glass gets repaired.

Stan III is also a long-time employee and a second generation glazier, son of Stan Jr., a valued employee of Beltway Glass for many years.

Commercial Technicians

Today we are featuring Mike, Don, and Bryson! Thank you for being leaders on our Commercial team!

Technology and Accounts

Michelle (Phil’s oldest granddaughter, Alan’s daughter) started as an independent contractor this year. After getting a Business Degree with a Concentration in Management Information Systems, working for 10 years in technology sales, then almost 10 years of raising babies, she is excited to spend some time at the family business.
